Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Flutter & React Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience building mobile and web applications using modern technologies, writing clean and scalable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js with Redux for state management.
• Implement state management in Flutter using Flutter Bloc.
• Work with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, PHP, and MongoDB.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter and React development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Flutter and React development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter Bloc for state management.
• Experience using Redux in React applications.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Dart, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PHP.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of mobile app deployment (Play Store / App Store is a plus).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
• Experience with Firebase or similar backend services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic UI/UX understanding.
